How come my Oysters say they're from Port Douglas?
Port Douglas is a coastal area in the Coffin Bay Peninsula. Also known as Little Douglas and Port Douglas Bay, it is not affiliated with Port Douglas on the coast of FNQ. Check out the "Our Bays" tab to read more about our gorgeous Port Douglas!
Can I book a tour?
We have so many people messaging us on all platforms if they can book a tour, book a table or if we have found their missing car keys at our restaurant. No, no we have not. We are the factory. We do all of the hard working behind the scenes to ensure that the places you visit have only the best Coffin Bay Oysters available, we are not the tour companies or dine-in luxuries. Please make sure you are messaging the right place before you hit send so that your message gets to the people it needs to and not lost in our systems. Unfortunately, we will not forward your message onto the businesses you are trying to reach as we would have no idea who they are.
