You will need
Dry chilli flakes
Fresh chilli, sliced very thinly
Sprinkle each shucked oyster with a few dry chilli flakes and a shake or 2 of Tabasco. Top with some grated cheese and place under grill until melted. Serve with a fresh chilli slice on each oyster.
