One of my personal favourites and a classic easy French way to enjoy oysters.
Degree of difficulty – easy
Preparation time – 5 mins
You will need
2 golden shallots
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 doz shucked oysters
Scatter a small amount of shallots over each oyster, drizzle ½- 1 tspn of red wine vinegar on each . Finish with a grind of black pepper.
